Florida Bar presents “Be in the Know: Highlights of Executive Compensation" webinarThe Florida Bar presents CLE webinar, "Be in the Know: Highlights of Executive Compensation for Employment Agreements and Tax Considerations in Employment Law" at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27.

Gunster attorney Tom Hickey will speak on a variety of topics that range from contract provisions, executive clawbacks, the new Section 83(I), the impact of tax reforms, and advise to employment lawyers in regards to taxation issues. Two CLE credits will be offered upon completion of the webinar for anyone who participates.

Hickey is a corporate and labor and employment law attorney at Gunster where he devotes his practice to representing companies and senior management in executive compensation matters. Hickey has extensive trial and appellate experience at all levels of federal and state courts, as well as being a certified mediator in Florida and New York. His experience includes contract negotiations, as well as the drafting of executive compensation and benefit plans, shareholder agreements, employment and separation agreements.
