Florida Engineering Society presents the 2019 Winter Water Seminar Join Gunster at the 2019 Winter Water Seminar presented by the Florida Engineering Society on February 25 and February 26.

The two-day advanced seminar is designed primarily for technical staff who work within and outside of government. Attendees will hear from a variety of speakers who will present on water resource related topics.

Gunster attorney Luna Phillips is scheduled to present on February 25 at 3:30 p.m. She will be speaking on "Advanced ERP topics: EPermitting and ESSA, Mitigation and UMAM, Alternative and Cumulative Impacts Analysis, Direct and Secondary Impacts."

Phillips leads Gunster's environmental law practice and practices exclusively in the area of water and natural resources law before state and federal agencies. In addition, she actively works on Everglades related restoration issues in south Florida involving complex restoration agreements with governmental entities and water quality and supply regulations. Prior to joining Gunster, Phillips was a senior attorney for the South Florida Water Management District and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
