The FSU Business of Healthcare Summit is a one-day event that will bring together a network of alumni and industry partners to discuss current healthcare sector issues. In an effort to bridge the gap between private sectors, nonprofits, government and academia, the event will have speakers and panelists representing hospitals, private practice, health systems, policy boards, professional organizations and insurers.

The Summit is led by the Carl DeSantis Center for Executive Management Education at the FSU College of Business. In addition, the event serves as a part of the FSU Health initiative, which seeks to transform health care delivery in North Florida.

Gunster attorney and former Secretary of the Agency for Health Care Administration Simone Marstiller will be a panelist at the Luncheon - Public Policy, Regulation, and Legisative Insights.

Simone has served a broad array of government agencies and brings a 360-degree point of view to Florida businesses, with particular depth in the healthcare industry. She works with the firm’s attorneys to advise on the opportunities and challenges associated with evolving regulatory and policy endeavors.
