Connect Florida, the young professionals arm of Leadership Florida, is holding its Connect Florida Day at the Capitol on Feb. 9-10, 2017.

The annual event draws young professionals from across the state to learn from key decision-makers about issues being discussed during the current legislative session.

Typically on the agenda are a reception with Gov. Scott at the governor's mansion; tour of the Capitol; and private briefings or Q&A sessions with current government leaders.

Connect Florida's mission is to educate, engage and inspire the state's top emerging leaders.

Two Gunster attorneys currently serve on Connect Florida's board of governors:

  • Gunster attorney Roger FeichtGunster attorney Roger W. Feich is the immediate past chair of Connect Florida's board of governors, and has been a board member since 2012. He is currently on the board of Leadership Florida.
  • Gunster attorney Keith SonderlingGunster attorney Keith E. Sonderling is selection committee chair for Connect Florida's board of governors for the 2016-17 term.
