Connect Florida, the young professionals arm of Leadership Florida, is holding its Connect Florida Day at the Capitol on Feb. 9-10, 2017.
The annual event draws young professionals from across the state to learn from key decision-makers about issues being discussed during the current legislative session.
Typically on the agenda are a reception with Gov. Scott at the governor's mansion; tour of the Capitol; and private briefings or Q&A sessions with current government leaders.
Connect Florida's mission is to educate, engage and inspire the state's top emerging leaders.
Two Gunster attorneys currently serve on Connect Florida's board of governors:
Gunster attorney Roger W. Feich is the immediate past chair of Connect Florida's board of governors, and has been a board member since 2012. He is currently on the board of Leadership Florida.
Gunster attorney Keith E. Sonderling is selection committee chair for Connect Florida's board of governors for the 2016-17 term.
