The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce will be hosting 2016 South Florida's Real Estate Summit in Miami on March 10. The Summit will feature experts in real estate and the discussions at the event will center on the changing industry in South Florida and how growth will affect the future.
There are two keynote speakers: The Honorable Francis Suarez, a Commissioner for District 4 in Miami, and Harrison LeFrak, Vice Chairman of the LeFrak Organization. Additionally, the event includes two panel discussions, The Drivers of South Florida Commercial Development and Residential Development: Catering to Consumer's Demands.
The panels will be followed by the Real Estate Achievers and Leaders Awards, which honor real estate leaders in industries related to real estate who have made a significant impact on the community.
Mario Garcia-Serra, a shareholder in Gunster's environmental and land use practice group, will be speaking on the Residential Development: Catering to Consumer's Demands panel. The panel is moderated by Ron Shuffield of EWM Realty International, and other panelists include Lissette Calderon, Anthony Graziano, Kent Long and Jay Parker.
The event begins at 7:30 in the morning and ends at 1:30 in the afternoon, including a mimosa reception and the awards luncheon.
