Join Gunster and the Employment Law Alliance (ELA) on Monday Sept. 25 for the 2017 Latin America Employment Law Conference hosted in Miami, Florida. The half-day event will be centered around "Issues for Employers Operating in Latin America: Recent Legal Developments, Practical Pointers, and Effective Conflict Resolution Strategies."

The conference will be conducted by top legal teams from both Latin America and the United States, and participants will include HR leaders, in-house counsel, and other executives with responsibilities in managing business operations within the LATAM region.

Gunster attorney Arturo RossGunster employment law attorney, Arturo Ross, will be participating as a panelist. Ross concentrates much of his practice on issues involving employers and their relations with labor unions. He has represented clients in matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Department of Labor (DOL), and in multiple state and federal courts. Prior to joining Gunster, Ross was a shareholder at one of the world’s ten largest law firms.

The conference will be hosted in Gunster's Miami office and is complimentary for ELA members, clients, and colleagues.
