Gunster regional managing shareholder Bill SchifinoThe St. Petersburg Bar Association will host a discussion on the Constitutional Amendment process beginning at 12 p.m. on Friday, October 26. The event will take place at St. Petersburg Yacht Club where Gunster attorney Bill Schifino will discuss the Constitutional revision process through the Constitutional Review Commission (CRC) and ballot initiatives. He will review all proposed ballot amendments and will encourage questions, discussion, and debate.

Schifino is a business litigation attorney and serves as the Tampa regional managing shareholder for Gunster. He recently served as president of the Florida Bar Association for the 2016-2017 term and was selected by Senate President Joe Negron to serve on the Florida Constitution Revision Commission as one of 37 commissioners responsible for studying, researching and making recommendations for revising Florida's Constitution.
