The event will feature an opening reception, anniversary dinner celebration and after drinks & dessert, all at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, D.C. Additionally, on March 30 CII will host “Corporate governance 101” as an introductory course for fund trustees, but is open to all CII members. There is a fee and space is limited.

Lamm_RobertGunster attorney Bob Lamm is one of the speakers at the “Corporate governance 101” event. Lamm is a frequent speaker on the corporate governance topic. After Corporate Governance 101 there will be a networking reception. All CII members are eligible to attend, but space is limited.
