The American Law Institute is yet again hosting its annual Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Litigation program. The program, which is now in its 32nd year, will be hosted at Hotel Nikko in San Francisco from Feb. 5 - 7 and feature a Gunster attorney.

The conference will address new developments in eminent domain and land valuation litigation laws along with other hot topics, law concerns and ethical issues for the field. It will bring together lawyers, appraisers, academics and many more to discuss the issues. In addition to the two days of programming there are also networking and social events, including breakfasts and receptions. Gunster is proud to sponsor this event.Amy Brigham Boulris

Gunster’s Amy Brigham Boulris will be delivering an “Eminent Domain National Law Update” at the event. Boulris is a shareholder in the firm’s appellate and environmental and land use practices. She focuses her practice on defense of property rights and is active throughout all levels of state and federal courts of appeal. Her practice areas include: eminent domain, regulatory takings, property rights litigation and appellate practice.

ALI-CLE's annual course "Condemnation 101: How to Prepare and Present and Eminent Domain Case" will also be presented at the event. There is a fee associated with the event, but discounts are available for groups.
