Broward County Bar Association's Professionalism Committee and Business Law Section presents:

A view from the bench: Professionalism and the transition to the civil side

On Feb. 15, join the Broward County Bar Association for an opportunity to hear members of the judiciary share their unique perspective of civil law, as judges who transitioned from criminal law. The panel will compare and contrast the professionalism issues that arise in criminal law and civil law, and will provide practical tips for practicing attorneys.

The panel will include Judge Martin J. Bidwill, Judge Jeffrey R. Levenson, Judge Raag Singhal, and Judge Sandra Perlman.

Gunster attorney AJ HorowitzGunster litigation attorney Aaron J. Horowitz will moderate the judicial panel alongside Brian Koch of Greenberg Traurig. Horowitz chairs Gunster's dispute resolution practice and chairs the firm's associate development committee. Additionally, Horowitz serves on the board of directors and chairs the business law section for the Broward County Bar Association.
