Tom Hickey: Tom is a Gunster shareholder based in the firm's West Palm Beach office. He devotes his practice to representing companies and senior management in executive compensation matters.
Tom Ginnetti: Tom is Chief Operating Officer of Gunster’s subsidiary, Integrated Employer Resources & Consulting, which advises companies on a variety of employment, HR and labor issues. Tom is based in Gunster's Tampa office.
Bob Lamm: Bob co-chairs Gunster’s securities and corporate governance law practice. Based in Fort Lauderdale, he handles a wide range of corporate governance matters for public and private companies.
Ed Suarez-Solar: Ed is a shareholder based in Gunster's Tampa office. He advises organizations of all sizes – including non-profits and government entities – on labor and employment law relations and strategic business development.
