Topics will include:

  • Corporate governance: Board composition and all that it entails, including diversity, skills matrices and more.
  • Creating the culture: Establishing values, communications, accountabilities and rewards.
  • Corporate investigations: Assessing regulatory & ethical obligations and the importance of independence

Tom Hickey: Tom is a Gunster shareholder based in the firm's West Palm Beach office. He devotes his practice to representing companies and senior management in executive compensation matters.

Tom Ginnetti, COO of Integrated Employer Resources & ConsultingTom Ginnetti: Tom is Chief Operating Officer of Gunster’s subsidiary, Integrated Employer Resources & Consulting, which advises companies on a variety of employment, HR and labor issues. Tom is based in Gunster's Tampa office.

Gunster attorney Bob LammBob LammBob co-chairs Gunster’s securities and corporate governance law practice. Based in Fort Lauderdale, he handles a wide range of corporate governance matters for public and private companies.
