On September 13, 2021, Gunster government affairs consultant Ron Brisé will moderate a Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) program on "Broadband Initiatives in the Federal Infrastructure and Jobs Act."

Topics for discussion include:

  • How states can identify unserved and underserved areas on broadband
  • Assessing broadband program effectiveness
  • Broadband grant approaches
  • Various aspects of the federal infrastructure bill

The FCBA is an organization of attorneys and other professionals, including engineers, consultants, economists and government officials, involved in the development, interpretation and practice of communications and technology law and policy.  More than two thousand members strong, the FCBA has been the leading organization for communications lawyers and other professionals since 1936.


Gunster Government Affairs Consultant Ron Brise

Ronald Brisé leverages a wealth of experience in governmental, legislative, political and business arenas to represent the interests of clients in matters that include appropriations, business development, education, governmental and legislative affairs, public policy and economic development.

Ron currently serves as chair of Gunster’s Government Affairs & Lobbying practice, and was previously the chair of the Florida Public Service Commission.
