Gunster Shareholder Bruce Lamb will speak on the medical staff peer review hearing process during an American Health Law Association webinar on May 5, 2021.

The theme of the webinar is "360 Degree View of Best Practices in the Peer Review Hearing Process Part I: How Did We Get Here?" In Part One, speakers will provide a detailed overview of the peer review process and how to proactively avoid a hearing.

The American Health Law Association is a non-profit professional association for attorneys and other professionals in the healthcare field.

Bruce D. Lamb is a shareholder and head of Gunster’s Health Care practice. Bruce is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice. He is focused on the representation of health care industry professionals and entities before regulatory bodies and in structuring commercial relationships that meet complex regulatory requirements. Bruce also has experience in health care litigation for physicians and other health care providers involved in disputes with various government agencies.
