Gunster shareholder, Milton Vescovacci, will be a guest speaker at FSU's College of Business - Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship and will speak on the topic of "Legal Issues to be Mindful of in Product Development." The event will be held virtually Monday, October 19 and will begin at 9:00 pm.
Milton Vescovacci is a shareholder in Gunster’s Miami office whose practice includes corporate law including mergers & acquisitions, structured finance, lending, mortgage banking, securities, venture capital, and corporate governance and compliance.
The Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship aims to cultivate, train and inspire entrepreneurial leaders through world-class executive education, applied training, public recognition and leading-edge research. Their focus is on assisting businesses with a minimum of five employees and that have been in business for at least three years for little to no cost.
