The William T. Dwyer Awards for Excellence in Education is an annual program hosted by the Economic Council of Palm Beach County Foundation, recognizing outstanding educators from public and private schools in Palm Beach County. The program seeks to increase awareness of the exemplary teaching in our community, while supporting educators and schools with financial awards and encouraging residents to promote high standards of excellence in education.
Gunster's CEO & Managing Shareholder, Bill Perry, is an Executive Committee member of the Economic Council. Additionally, attorney Traci Rollins will serve as a Judge for the event.
H. William (Bill) Perry is CEO and managing shareholder of Gunster. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the firm, Bill continues to practice real estate and business law, specializing in complex commercial and financial transactions.
As a practicing lawyer, Bill has worked on many large residential and commercial real estate projects throughout Florida. Specifically, Bill has worked on a variety of infrastructure projects that have helped shape South Florida, including power plants, airports and large residential communities.
Traci Rollins is a business litigation shareholder who co-chairs the firm’s Class Action Defense practice and chairs the Ethics Committee. She focuses her practice on representing public and private companies, financial institutions and other nontraditional lenders in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation and government investigations. She offers decades of experience in Florida and other courts across the country in insolvency, workout, forbearance and complex commercial disputes, class actions, and cross-border dispute resolution, anti-foreign suit injunctions, government investigations, and consumer and commercial regulatory compliance programs. Traci is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an honorary society representing less than one half of one percent of American litigation lawyers.
