On June 10, 2021, the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) will host a webinar on "How Family Offices Participate in the Dynamic M&A Market." Gunster shareholder Milton Vescovacci will moderate the discussion, and Gunster shareholder Peter Sheptak will be a presenter. Panelists will offer strategies their family offices utilize in their M&A approach, as well as timely insights and opportunities for the M&A market.

Gunster Attorney Milton Vescovacci

Milton Vescovacci is a shareholder in Gunster’s Miami office, and a member of the firm’s Corporate practice. He remains dedicated to bringing a holistic approach to his practice and to getting deals negotiated and closed, experience that stemmed from his days as a banker for multinational money center banks on complex domestic and international transactions. Milton has over twenty years of legal experience counseling lenders in a variety of sophisticated financings and companies and investors on the legal operations of their businesses, specifically in sales or acquisitions and other material events and day to day operations.

Peter Sheptak’s practice focuses on serving as advisor to and counsel for family offices and family-owned and closely- held businesses. He offers more than three decades of experience working with and advising such clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and hedge fund investing, direct investing and co-investments, complex investment and business structures, corporate finance, and myriad other related family office matters.
