Gunster will once again sponsor the 2023 American Water Resources Association (AWRA) – Florida Annual Meeting, taking place August 3-4 in Key West. Join Gunster's Luna Phillips, who leads the firm's Environmental & Land Use Law practice, and attorney Beth Ross, who will speak on "Emerging Issues related to Florida’s Water Supply" during the conference.

Established in 1964, the AWRA is the preeminent multidisciplinary association for information exchange, professional development and education about water resources and related issues.


Gunster attorney Luna Phillips

Luna Phillips is a Florida Bar board certified Gunster shareholder who practices in the area of environmental, administrative and governmental law. She leads the firm’s Environmental practice. Prior to joining the firm, Luna was a senior attorney for the South Florida Water Management District and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Luna practices exclusively in the area of water and natural resources law before state and federal agencies.


Gunster attorney Beth Ross

Elizabeth Ross is an of counsel attorney who joined Gunster in 2015. Beth is board certified by the Florida Bar in state and federal government and administrative practice. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a lead attorney for the South Florida Water Management District. Beth brings more than 30 years of legal experience pertaining to Florida water policy and water resource related matters to Gunster.
