Gunster is proud to be a sponsor of the 38th Annual William T. Dwyer Awards for Excellence in Education. This is an annual program of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County Foundation, recognizing outstanding educators from public and private schools in Palm Beach County.

The Dwyer Awards seeks to increase awareness of the exemplary teaching in our community, while supporting educators and schools with financial awards and encouraging residents to promote high standards of excellence in education.

Gunster Managing Shareholder and CEO, Bill Perry serves on the Executive Committee and is Governance Chair of the the Economic Council of Palm Beach County. Gunster Shareholder Joe Chase is part of its Emerging Leaders Program.

H. William (Bill) Perry is CEO and managing shareholder of Gunster. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the firm, Bill continues to practice real estate and business law, specializing in complex commercial and financial transactions. As a practicing lawyer, Bill has worked on many large residential and commercial real estate projects throughout Florida. Specifically, Bill has worked on a variety of infrastructure projects that have helped shape South Florida, including power plants, airports and large residential communities.


Gunster Attorney Joseph Chase

Joseph Chase is dedicated to serving as a trusted advisor to business owners, private equity firms, companies in a wide range of industries, and other clients. He represents clients in connection with sales and purchases of businesses and general business and corporate matters. In addition to representing business owners and their companies, Joe also represents private equity firms in connection with purchase and sale transactions and myriad other legal needs.
