On March 23rd, 2024, Gunster will be sponsoring the 15th Annual HCBA 5K Pro Bono River Run. The run is a family-friendly event that supports pro bono legal services in Hillsborough County. Registration is open to all individuals who work in the local legal community. The run will start at 10:00 a.m. and will again be located entirely along the Riverwalk from Water Works Park down to USF Park and back.

The goal of the race continues to be the pledging and performance of pro bono service from runners and walkers participating in the race, who also encourage others to support their participation by pledging their own pro bono hours. Since the inception of the 5K Run, there have been almost 20,000 hours of pro bono service that have been performed assisting the indigent in our community.
