Gunster's 2024 Health Care Forum will address current compliance issues and the government’s health care fraud enforcement priorities, with a focus on issues pertinent to healthcare stakeholders in the Tampa Bay and Central Florida regions. Drawn from health systems, hospital networks, managed care organizations, providers, and other healthcare companies and leaders, attendees will also receive compliance tips and advice on what to do if the government knocks at their company’s door. Secretary at the Agency for Health Care Administration, the Honorable Jason Weida, will join Gunster's Jonathan K. Osborne, a former federal prosecutor, for this timely discussion.

Jonathan K. Osborne is a business litigation shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Internal Investigations practice group. He began his practice at Gunster and later returned to the firm after serving in the U.S. Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida. Jonathan currently serves as the Managing Shareholder of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale Office.


Nathan W. Hill co-leads Gunster’s White Collar Defense and Internal Investigations practice group and is vice-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation practice. Nathan is an experienced trial attorney and former federal prosecutor whose practice is focused on defending clients against the federal government. He has represented clients in both civil and criminal investigations brought by a variety of government agencies.
