The law firm of Gunster along with the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida (AACCCF) will host a CEO roundtable luncheon on Tuesday, May 14, 2019.
This program is being presented as part of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida's “Empowerment Luncheon” series, which was designed to engage, enlighten, and empower attendees through a series of inspirational keynote speakers. This event will provide business owners and members of the AACCCF an opportunity to hear from established C-suite executives on how to effectively maneuver through the day-to-day challenges of operating and growing a business in Central Florida.
Derek Bruce, Gunster's Orlando office managing shareholder, will moderate the event. With nearly twenty years’ of practice, Bruce has developed experience in numerous areas of the law, ranging from the representation of clients in complex business litigation and property tax disputes, to the negotiation of large real estate transactions and the resolution of sensitive land use issues. Today, he primarily represents clients before state and local governments throughout the state of Florida on land use, procurement and regulatory issues.
