Join Gunster at the at the 2019 Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Academy hosted by the Urban Land Institute. The program will include three workshops in March, April, and May for individuals who are interested in TOD and its potential in South Florida. Gunster attorney Michael Marshall will be presenting on Friday, March 15 and Friday, April 12, 2019.
The program is limited to 25 people, and is open to ULI Members and Public Officials. Those in attendance will be exposed to local and national leaders that focus on TOD. The program will include lectures, panel sessions, walking tours and networking sessions. The purpose of the Transit Oriented Development Academy is to educate and train professionals and community leaders in South Florida about the importance of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) as a tool to promote smart growth and livability. The Academy will also seek to develop a network of TOD practitioners in South Florida, over time.

Michael Marshall is an environmental and land use law attorney at Gunster where he represents private and public sector clients, including property owners, developers, financial institutions, title companies, large institutional entities such as hospitals and universities, municipalities and counties in land use, planning and real estate matters. Marshall serves on the ULI mobility committee.
Registration includes breakfast and lunch. You only need to register once not for each day. Attendance for all three workshops is required.
