One of Jupiter’s newest additions, Harbourside Place, sits on 10 acres of waterfront property. On Nov. 20 from 5 - 7 p.m. at the Wyndham Grand in the development the Urban Land Institute of Southeast Florida / Carribean will be hosting “Jupiter Downtown is Born: Harbourside Place – A Case Study.”
Gunster attorney Brian Seymour will be moderating the panel, which will include a representative from the town of Jupiter. Opening events for Harbourside will continue through January but the Urban Land Institute requests responses before Nov. 18. There is a cost associated for the event.
Attorney Jessica Shapiro of Gunster also helped to put the event together. Seymour is the chair of Gunster’s environmental and land use practice and a member of the business litigation practice. Shapiro is a member of Gunster’s real estate practice group.
