Gunster attorney Jeff JonasenGunster corporate law attorney Jeff Jonasen will present on complex negotiation at the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business Dean's Breakfast Series on Friday, March 1, 2019. Jonasen will discuss his knowledge, insights and strategies which he accredits to his substantial experience in negotiating complex transactions.

Jonasen focuses his practice on corporate representation, securities matters, and government affairs. He has, for more than two decades, advised and counseled business owners, executives and boards of directors concerning their business and commercial transactions, their financings and acquisitions, their corporate governance responsibilities, and their other legal and regulatory obligations. Jonasen has also played critical roles in establishing and leading regional business advocacy and economic development organizations and initiatives.

The Dean's Breakfast Series is a collection of high-level intimate discussions designed for Orlando-region executives.
