4th DCA Historical SocietyJoin the 4th District Court of Appeal Historical Society and the Palm Beach County Bar Association for a seminar and reception on Tuesday September 4 at the Hilton West Palm Beach. The 2018 Open Forum: A Colloquy on Ethics and Professionalism for Lawyers will be an open and interactive discussion based on popular movie scenes from America's motion picture industry. Following the forum there will be a reception with Florida's Appellate Judges and Supreme Court Justices.

Gunster attorney Jack Aiello serves on the board of directors as president of the 4th DCA Historical Society. Aiello has been board certified in appellate practice since 2001, and is involved in appeals in all of Florida’s District Courts of Appeals, the Florida Supreme Court and the federal court system, including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Joining Aiello on the board of directors is Gunster attorney Preethi Sekharan who serves as the vice-president of the 4th DCA Historical Society. Sekharan’s practice focuses on assisting the firm’s clients with their intellectual property and trade secret disputes. Sekharan is a member of the firm's intellectual property litigation team.
