Gunster Shareholder John Moran will be representing the firm at the 40th Annual Attorney/Trust Officer Liaison Conference hosted by the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Additionally, Shareholder Lou Nostro will be speaking at the conference on “Twenty Things You Should Know About Funding and Administering Charitable Trusts and Foundations.”


Gunster attorney John C. Moran

John Moran is a shareholder focused on probate, trust, guardianship and fiduciary litigation, as well as complex estate and trust administration. In his second decade of practice, John’s goal is to offer his clients practical solutions to even the most complex or acrimonious scenarios. John’s objective is to provide an honest assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of his client’s position so that the right strategy can be developed and leveraged going forward.


Gunster attorney Louis Nostro

Lou Nostro focuses his practice on estate planning, with an emphasis on implementing effective and efficient tax reduction strategies. He is board certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in both Taxation and Wills, Trusts & Estates, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Lou serves on the board of trustees for the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and is a founding board member and past chair of the Florida Tax Institute.
