Pat McGurn, special counsel and executive vice president of Institutional Shareholder Services, one of the largerGunster attorney Bob Lamm provider of proxy vote services, will be hosting a webcast on Jan. 20 from 2 - 2:45 p.m. to discuss the forecast for the 2015 proxy season.

Gunster attorney Robert B. Lamm will join the panel as a source to provide commentary on a variety of issues including: the hot topics for investors in 2015, changes in government policy and new positions in voting guidelines.

Lamm is the co-chair of Gunster's securities and corporate governance practice. For members of the TheCorporateCounsel.net there will be no charge.
