Gunster and Florida TaxWatch are hosting a special event featuring members of the Capitol Press Corps. The political preview event, a luncheon, will ask members of the media, including top political journalists, what they see in the future for U.S. legislation.
Attendees are encouraged to “turn the table” on the media and ask the questions. Panelists may include journalists from the Sun Sentinel, the Miami Herald, Politico, Context Florida and CBS 12. Lunch is complimentary.
The event will begin at noon at Gunster's location in Fort Lauderdale. Gunster’s Chairman of the Board George LeMieux is involved with Florida TaxWatch as the TaxWatch Center for Competitive Florida Advisory Board chairman. LeMieux is a former U.S. senator and is a member of the firm’s business litigation practice.
