On Friday, June 28th, the Hillsborough County Bar Association will host the YLD State Court Trial Summer Seminar. The event will provide new lawyers, summer interns and law students with a detailed overview and analysis of the state court trial process and the role that technology now plays in trial preparation and presentation.

John Schifino serves as Gunster’s Tampa Office Managing Shareholder. He is a trial and appellate lawyer experienced in handling diverse cases in the areas of business litigation and labor and employment law. John is also a certified state court mediator and has experience mediating a variety of business disputes.
Alexis Deveaux focuses her practice on business litigation, complex commercial litigation and professional liability defense.
