Land use lawyer Allison E. Turnbull, an Orlando office managing shareholder at Gunster, is featured in the January 2018 issue of Florida Trend magazine.
The increase in jobs in the region, she says in the magazine, will increase residential demand for both multifamily and single-family development. The market for industrial and office properties is strong and increasing, Turnbull adds.
The magazine interviewed four real estate industry professionals for the 2018 outlook for Florida. In addition to Turnbull, developers Neil Eisner of Encore Capital Management of Boca Raton and Mike Belmont of Minto Communities of Tampa, and Michael Pappas of realty firm The Keyes Company, also provided their forecasts for the new year.
