Gunster attorney Joe Chase has been selected as one of South Florida Business Journal's 2018 Power Leaders. This year, as in years past, the list of South Florida Power Leaders reflects a dynamic regional marketplace. Of the 153 executives on the list, 57 were not on last year’s list.

Chase is a business and corporate attorney who focuses on helping clients navigate private company mergers and acquisitions and other complex business transactions. He is the immediate past-chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. Among other roles, he also serves as a member of the board of governors for the Historical Society of Palm Beach County and the board of directors of the YMCA of the Palm Beaches and the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches. Just last year, he was chosen as Young Professional of the Year by the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.
