WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – May 14, 2020 -Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, bolstered its business litigation practice with the addition of shareholder Aron U. Raskas. He brings more than 30 years of litigation experience to the firm and will be based in the Miami office.
As a trial lawyer, Raskas has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in business, professional negligence, criminal, regulatory and other litigation and arbitration matters. His business and civil litigation experience includes disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate governance, trade secrets and disputes over business operations and control. He has counseled and represented clients facing public integrity, regulatory and white-collar criminal inquiries, investigations and charges and has performed internal investigations for companies under various circumstances.
Raskas also advises and represents law firms and individual attorneys on issues relating to professional liability and disciplinary charges. He joins Gunster’s Professional Liability Defense practice which represents AMLAW 50, 100 and 200 law firms as well as regional law firms in malpractice and other cases throughout Florida.
