William (Bill) Perry, and Real Property Co-Chair and Shareholder Brian M. Seymour, have been named among South Florida Business Journal’s (SFBJ) 2025 "Power Leaders 250."

SFBJ's Power Leaders list annually spotlights South Florida icons in the business community, who have significantly impacted their industries and communities through innovation, leadership and vision, while influencing the growth of South Florida's economy. Of note, this special publication reaches an audience of over 30,000 business leaders. 

Gunster CEO and Managing Shareholder Bill Perry

Perry manages Gunster’s day-to-day operations while practicing real estate and business law. Over the years, he has been instrumental in the growth and prosperity of South Florida, having worked on infrastructure projects including power plants, airports and large residential communities. Perry’s diverse clientele includes real estate developers, contractors, shipping companies, railways, energy companies, aggregate suppliers and road contractors. Perry has been actively involved in a number of statewide and local organizations that are focused on making Florida the best it can be, including the Florida Chamber Foundation, Leadership Florida, the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, and the South Florida Regional Partnership.


Gunster attorney Brian Seymour

Seymour co-chairs Gunster’s Real Property practice where he represents land owners and developers in matters of land use, zoning, comprehensive planning and environmental resource permitting, as well as eminent domain, land use and constitutional property rights litigation. He serves as chairman of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and is invested in a number of other local organizations, including the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, Chambers of Commerce, and the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. Seymour also served as the vice chair of the Florida Elections Commission and is an active member of Leadership Florida.
