H. William ("Bill") Perry, managing shareholder of Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, has been named to the Top 100 Power Leaders 2015 by South Florida Business Journal.

This marks the fourth consecutive year that Perry has been named to the Business Journal's Power Leaders list.

The popular annual list spotlights South Florida executives with a reliable record of business acumen, innovation and leadership.

In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the firm, Perry focuses his legal practice on complex commercial and financial transactions. For example, he has worked on a variety of infrastructure projects that have helped shape South Florida, including power plants, airports and large residential communities. And he has represented many of the key players in the construction and development industries and in the trade and logistics sector, including real estate developers, contractors, shipping companies, railways, energy companies, aggregate suppliers and road contractors.

This time last year, Perry also received top 'Dealmakers of the Year' honor by the Daily Business Review for his work on the Briger tract sale, the largest real estate deal in Palm Beach County in 2013, and one that is fundamental to the continued development of a biotech industry hub in the county.
