Gunster Shareholder Beth Keating was recently appointed to the Council on Culture & Arts' (COCA's) Board of Directors.
COCA is a non-profit organization that serves as the facilitator and voice for the arts and cultural industry in Florida's capital area. More than thirty years ago, the community created COCA as their designated local arts agency. The capital area’s only umbrella agency for arts and culture, COCA works with and for those who produce, invest in, and experience the arts and culture in our area.
Beth Keating joined Gunster in 2010 as a shareholder in the firm’s Tallahassee office. Beth’s practice is focused on state administrative law. She provides legal counsel pertaining to federal and state regulatory laws, particularly as such regulation is applied to utility companies. Beth’s experience includes the legal representation of and policy consultation for competitive telecommunications, cable and technology companies, as well as electric and natural gas utilities before state and federal agencies and the Florida Legislature.
