Gunster shareholder Brian Seymour was the focus of a September 27 Palm Beach Post article profiling the local lawyer behind some of the biggest deals in the county in recent years.

As co-chair of Gunster's real property law practice, Seymour focuses on land use and property rights. For example, he recently helped on high-profile deals such as the Palm Beach Outlets mall, which opened in February of 2014, and the new Major League Baseball spring training complex planned to open in West Palm Beach in 2017.

In addition, Post writer Clough writes, Seymour has worked on other big West Palm Beach deals including a new train station and residential tower as a part of the All Aboard Florida passenger rail service connecting Miami and Orlando.
