Cassidy represents clients in a variety of matters, with a focus on real property transactions. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from University of Florida Warrington College of Business and her J.D. from University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Madison represents borrowers, lenders, buyers, sellers and developers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Within her multi-family affordable housing practice, Madison has worked with HUD and housing agencies in over a dozen states. She earned her B.A from Randolph University and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.


Gunster attorney Andrew Wieseneck

Andrew J. Wieseneck | Private Wealth Services | West Palm Beach

Andrew assists clients with the establishment of estate plans, including the creation of wills, revocable trusts and power of attorney documents. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from University of Florida Warrington College of Business, his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and his LL.M. from New York University School of Law.


Gunster attorney Josh Levine

Joshua A. Levine | Business Litigation | Miami

Joshua represents clients in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels.  He earned his J.D. from University of Miami, his M.A. in Education from Touro University International and completed his undergraduate work at the Rabbinical Seminary of America.


After welcoming nearly 50 attorneys in 2022 while completing two mergers and further broadening its capabilities to 13 offices across the state, Gunster continues its statewide and state wise strategic expansion.
