Gunster attorneys Greg Munson and Phil Sliger authored an article for POWER Magazine entitled "A Review of Air Quality Rules and a Look at 2024," in which they review the federal air quality regulations that were proposed in 2023 and weigh in on key regulations that could impact the power generation industry in 2024. This includes the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's proposed greenhouse gas rule, which is expected to be the most impactful new regulation for electric power generators.
