Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that Robert 'Bobby' Behar has joined the firm’s Environmental and Land Use Law practice in its Miami office.

Behar represents developers before local government boards and regulatory agencies. He has a wide range of experience working with the governments of Miami-Dade County and nearly all of the municipalities within Miami-Dade County, including the cities of Miami, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Doral, and Sweetwater.

Behar obtained his J.D., M.B.A., and B.A. from Florida International University.

Led by Luna E. Phillips and Brian M. Seymour, Gunster's Environmental and Land Use Law practice represents clients in all aspects of land use, environmental, property rights, development, and acquisition matters. Gunster's attorneys advise purchasers and sellers of agricultural, commercial, and industrial property on their environmental rights and liabilities.

Behar is the latest in a string of new hires who have recently joined Gunster, including Miguel Diaz de la Portilla, Elinette Ruiz-Diaz de la Portilla, and Carlos A. Haag.
