Nicolas Cathcart is a Business Litigation attorney in Gunster's Fort Lauderdale office. Nicolas earned his J.D. from University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.A. from Florida Atlantic University. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern for United States District Judge Kathryn K. Mizelle and worked as a certified legal intern for the State Attorney’s Office for Florida’s 8th Judicial Circuit.
Ally Chamberlin is also a Business Litigation attorney and is based in the firm's Miami office. She earned her J.D. from University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. from University of Florida. Ally gained experience during law school as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Fleur Lobree of the Third District Court of Appeal and spent a semester as a legal extern for the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium.
Ryan Childress is also a Business Litigation attorney, based in the West Palm Beach office. He received his J.D. and B.A. from University of Florida. While attending law school, Ryan held internships at the Alachua County Public Defender’s Office and the District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Samuel Ciulla is a Real Property attorney in the firm's Tampa office. Samuel earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and a B.S. from Southeastern University. During law school, he gained experience in federal court while interning with the Middle District of Florida for the Honorable Judge William Jung.
Charly DeVito-Hurley is also a Real Property attorney, based in the West Palm Beach office. Charly earned her J.D. from University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.S. from Florida State University. She previously worked as a legislative intern at the Florida House of Representatives and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Anuraag Singhal.
Benjamin "Benny" Finkelstein is a Business Litigation attorney based in Gunster's Fort Lauderdale office. He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and his B.A. from New York University. Before graduating law school, Benny obtained Florida Supreme Court certification and argued hundreds of motions and hearings on serious felony matters for the Broward County Public Defender.
Christina Silva is a Private Wealth Services attorney in the firm's West Palm Beach office. She earned her J.D. from University of Texas School of Law and B.A. from Florida State University. She previously practiced at a boutique law firm assisting clients with contract disputes and other litigation claims. Prior to that, she worked at an international law firm in its White Collar Defense & Government Investigations practice group.
Matthew Snyder is a Corporate Law attorney in the firm's Orlando office. Matthew received his J.D. from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and his M.B.A. and B.B.A. from Stetson University. Prior to joining Gunster, he gained experience in his tenure as a vice president at a large financial services and technology company.
