Gunster is pleased to have added five associates across multiple practices as its statewide expansion continues: Erika Lusky Bernhard, Matthew A. Brown, Staci K. Campbell, Jason P. Martell and Connor J. Stone.


Gunster attorney Erika Bernhard

Erika Lusky Bernhard joined Gunster's Immigration Law practice in the Miami office. Before joining Gunster, Erika worked for the United States Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review, where she provided legal counsel to United States Immigration Judges.

Erika earned her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.A. from University of Florida.


Gunster attorney Matthew Brown

Matthew A. Brown joined the firm's Private Wealth Services practice in Tampa. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, and tax-advantaged wealth transfers.

Matthew received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and a B.A. from Florida State University.


Gunster attorney Staci Campbell

Staci K. Campbell joined the firm's Real Estate Law practice in West Palm Beach. Her practice includes drafting documents for purchase and financing transactions, along with conducting due diligence review for commercial developments. She also assists with secured loan and lease transactions. 

Staci received her J.D. from University of Miami School of Law and B.S. from University of Central Florida.


Gunster attorney Jason Martell

Jason P. Martell joined Gunster's Tax Law practice, also based in West Palm Beach. Jason leverages his legal experience and accounting background to provide practical tax advice to his clients.

Jason earned his LL.M. in Taxation from University of Florida Levin College of Law, his J.D. from University of Georgia College of Law, and his M.Acc. & B.Acc from University of Florida.


Connor J. Stone joined the firm's Business Litigation practice in Naples. Connor brings extensive litigation experience and an appellate background from his judicial clerkship at Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal with the Honorable Bronwyn Miller. 

Connor received his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law and B.A. from University of Florida.
