Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce the recent addition of three attorneys: David Garcia-Pedrosa, Melanie Senosiain and Romney Manassa.
David Garcia-Pedrosa joined Gunster as a Business Litigation associate in Miami. His practice focuses on business, commercial, real estate and construction litigation, and he has represented clients in an array of matters, including contract and tort claims, shareholder disputes, adversary bankruptcy proceedings, and developer and condominium association disputes.
Garcia-Pedrosa received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Haverford College.
Melanie Senosiain also joined the firm as a Business Litigation associate, based in Tampa. She represents clients in a variety of complex matters in an effort to obtain favorable results in nonfinal and final motions alike. Senosiain previously clerked for the Honorable Judge Edward C. LaRose of the Second District Court of Appeal.
Senosiain earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.S.B.A. from University of Central Florida.
Romney Manassa joined the firm as an Immigration attorney in Miami. He focuses on employment, business and talent-based immigration. He has prepared applications and petitions for intracompany transferees, workers in specialty occupations, individuals with extraordinary ability and TN professionals. He has also worked on asylum applications, removal defense cases, and family-based immigration.
Manassa received his J.D. and LL.M. from University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. from Florida International University.
