Press Release

Gunster is pleased to announce that attorney Andrew Wieseneck has graduated from Class V of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Gunster shareholder Elaine Bucher currently serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Regents of ACTEC, and is the immediate past Florida state chair for the organization.

The Florida Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the United States.

ACTEC is a national organization of lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.

Andrew Wieseneck assists his clients with the establishment of estate plans, including the creation of wills, revocable trusts and power of attorney documents. He also counsels clients on advanced estate planning techniques, including grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships, and sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts.
