Recently, CNN featured Gunster attorney Bob Lamm discussing Former President Trump's special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) deal. Lamm explains that the SEC could halt Trump's SPAC by requiring the entities to improve their disclosures. "They are going to do everything they can to slow this deal, to the point that it can't go," he observes.

The Washington Post also published an article in which Lamm commented on Shanghai-based Arc Capital, which helped create Digital World Acquisition, raising over $1.2 billion to conduct a merger with Trump Media and Technology Group. “There’s a shell company basically merging with another shell company, because, as far as we know, the Trump media company hasn’t yet been formed," notes Lamm.
