Gunster is pleased to announce that attorney Jack Rice has been elected to the position of director at large of the Palm Beach County Bar Association (PBCBA) for a two-year term. Rice was sworn in recently during an installation banquet celebrating the PBCBA's 100th anniversary.
Founded in 1922, the PBCBA serves its members, fosters professionalism, and enhances the public’s understanding and awareness of the legal system. The organization is very active in providing numerous public service activities and giving back to the community.
Jack Rice’s practice focuses on land use and zoning, administrative and governmental law, environmental law and litigation. He is an experienced general civil litigator with a deep bench of skill in resolving real property disputes and has represented numerous clients at every stage of litigation, from case commencement to trial. Prior to joining private practice, Jack represented six local governments in Palm Beach County, Florida as assistant general counsel and private clients in land use and zoning disputes.
