Press Release

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (March 31, 2016) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that Robert B. Lamm, an attorney and practice leader in its Fort Lauderdale office, has been elected to the board of directors of Junior Achievement of South Florida.

Bob Lamm is co-chair of Gunster’s securities & corporate governance law practice. Prior to rejoining Gunster in 2014, he was assistant general counsel of Pfizer.

Junior Achievement of South Florida is a nonprofit organization that prepares and inspires young people to succeed in a global economy. Its volunteer-delivered, K-12 programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills. Classroom curriculum combined with experiential learning at JA's BizTown and JA Finance Park – mini cities allowing kids to apply skills and concepts through a variety of occupations and future life circumstances – helps prepare today’s youth with the skills and confidence to be responsible consumers, productive employees and future business owners. Gunster has had a storefront presence in BizTown for the past five years.

Lamm frequently speaks and writes on securities law, corporate governance and related topics. He is an active, long-term member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and received its Bracebridge H. Young Distinguished Service Award.
