Gunster is pleased to announce that attorney Jounice Nealy-Brown has been appointed as President-Elect of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, after previously serving on the Association's Executive Committee.
Established in 1925, the St. Petersburg Bar Association is a voluntary bar association that works to serve the legal community, strengthen the noble calling of the practice of law, and foster excellence in the profession. The Association also promotes community service and various networking events for their members.
In addition to her role as President-Elect of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, Nealy-Brown serves as co-chair of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Leadership Institute, and is a member of the Fred G. Minnis, Sr. Bar Association and the George Edgecomb Bar Association.
Jounice Nealy-Brown is a member of the Labor and Employment Law practice group and advises clients in litigation matters, including employment discrimination and probate issues. She joined Gunster after serving as a federal judicial law clerk for The Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli and The Honorable Mary S. Scriven, both of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.
