A trilingual Wall Street-trained attorney, Acevedo represents a wide variety of domestic and international companies regarding their U.S. and multinational business law matters, with a particular emphasis on the Caribbean and Latin America. She frequently handles cross-border matters conducted and documented solely in Spanish and advises clients on asset and equity acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, joint venture, corporate governance and capital formation and reorganization.

She works with media, entertainment and technology sector clients on the purchase, transfer, licensing and protection of trademarks, copyrights and domain names. Additionally, she has experience in the hospitality sector representing real estate investors in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial realty and with private equity funds for hospitality projects throughout Latin America.
