The Daily Business Review recently featured Gunster CEO & Managing Shareholder Bill Perry in a new series called "Leading the Way." This Q&A series spotlights law firm leaders and how they are navigating challenging times.

During the interview, Perry demonstrates his solid leadership in carrying out the firm's strategic plan throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the many challenges CEOs nationwide have faced is return to office mandates.

"I believe the social gravity of people wanting to be together is going to drive a large percentage of people to come back in without a mandate," Perry remarks.

Despite the pandemic, Gunster continues to expand its statewide footprint and hire exceptional talent. Just this year, the firm has added 38 lawyers, a near 20 percent increase over 2020.
