Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce its continued growth with the recent addition of five attorneys: Justin Delise, Cole Jackson, Teresa Muñiz, Phil Sliger and Harrell Watts, II.

Justin joins the firm’s Jacksonville office; Cole and Harrell join in West Palm Beach; Teresa joins in Miami; and Phil joins in Orlando.

Gunster attorney Justin Delise

Justin Delise is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice. He graduated from Florida State University College of Law. He received his Master of Science degree in Accounting and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from East Carolina University. Prior to joining Gunster, Justin externed with Legal Services of North Florida, gaining experience in various litigation matters including tax, landlord-tenant and contract disputes.

Gunster attorney Cole Jackson

Cole Jackson is a Corporate Law associate. Cole graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa. While in law school, Cole externed with a Federal Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to law school, Cole gained experience working with a large aerospace and national defense company and an insurance company.

Gunster attorney Teresa Muniz

Teresa Muñiz joins the firm’s Business Litigation practice as an associate. Teresa graduated as salutatorian in her class at Florida International University College of Law and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from University of Florida. She previously interned for the Honorable Edwin G. Torres, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, as well as for the Clerk of the Court’s office of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal.

Gunster attorney Phil Sliger

Phil Sliger is an associate in the firm’s Environmental & Land Use Law practice. He supports a broad range of clients, including developers, utilities, agricultural interests, and public and private companies. Phil graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, earning his certification in the field of Environmental & Land Use Law. Prior to law school, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Miami University and worked for a technological research and consulting firm.

Gunster attorney Harrell Watts

Harrell Watts, II is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Law practice. Harrell attended the University of Miami School of Law as a Dean’s Merit Scholar and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in History from Florida A&M University. Before joining Gunster, Harrell interned for the Honorable Donald Graham of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.


After recently completing a merger with the Tampa-based Barnett law firm, Gunster now has more than 240 attorneys across a range of offices and practices.
